We provide clean, affordable housing primarily for graduate students and faculty and staff. It is very important to us and our tenants that the premises are well cared for and quiet - no parties, loud music, etc. All units are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
Lease Terms generally run from August 15, 2024 through July 31, 2025 unless otherwise noted. It may be possible to get into some apartments a few days early if need be. This 50-week lease is paid for in 12 installments of the price quoted below with payments due on or before the 1st of each month beginning August 1st.
Where indicated below some apartments may be available prior to August.
All units include range and refrigerator. Units are unfurnished.
